*Blast cleaning 

Blast cleaning is a very efficiant way of removing rust & corrosion and can be used in many applications from car & motorcycle restorations to graffitti and paint removal, building restorations and industrial cleaning. It is one of the fastest and easiest ways of cleaning & preperation of metals, concrete and many other materials.
It is one of the least time consuming and most thourogh ways of vehicle restoration and is ideal for paint stripping & prep work. There are many types of abbrasives, The types that we use are silica, Chilled Iron, & aluminium oxide and are used depending on your requirments.

Silica is used for honeing or polishing surfaces it brightens and polishes aluminium and brass and removes weld burns from stainless steel

Aluminium Oxide is one of the finest sand like products for stripping or giving an etched surface for paint & powder to adhere to (stick) and the fast removal of paint and other contaminates leaving a non contaminated etched finish.

Chilled Iron is without question the best range of heavy duty reusable blasting materials on the market for all your blast cleaning or refurbishment requirements. This dust free material has a very long work life to give outstanding results each and every time. Chilled Iron is used for the commercial stripping and cleaning of metal products to an SA2 or SA3 standard.

Pricing is dependant on the quantity of materials used. Labour is curretly charged at £80 1st hour then £40 per hour excluding materials. Prices may vary according to specific materials required or requested.
